Building a Scoutbees Use Case Library: Input Needed!

The ControlUp team is working on a use case library for Scoutbees and is asking for input from users on how they use the tool to streamline processes and make their work easier. They hope to create a resource that can be shared with all users to maximize the tool’s value. Some examples of usage are listed for EUC Scout, infrastructure, applications, web transactions, and various monitoring options.

My team and I are working on creating a comprehensive use case library for Scoutbees. To achieve this, we would love to hear how you’re leveraging Scoutbees in your daily activities to streamline processes and make your work easier.

Shell Scout:

EUC Scouts. It validates, UAG, Horizon View, Instant Clone Pool, and FSLX Profile

HTTP: scout validate web server availably and monitors self signed cert expiration

MS Exchange: monitors M365 SaaS

Pings: Monitor devices that can’t have the CU agent. Hardened Linux devices and switches, etc.
