Troubleshooting 0% CPU for Edge DX Endpoints
An issue arose where all CPU was 0% for a group of Edge DX endpoints with no data in the process_stops data index. It was postulated that a collection issue was the root cause, and as a first step the user was encouraged to restart the SIP agent and check the application event log.

When creating a new tenant, users received the error "Configuration Import failed". This was backed up by the event viewer and was later found to be an issue with the central configuration database. Error “The target folder does not exist” Under EUC Environment in ControlUp

Determining Language in ControlUp Realtime DX
The question was asked about how the language is determined in ControlUp Realtime DX. It was observed that the console inherits its locale according to the culture set in the environment where it is started, with examples provided on how to do so in PowerShell.
