An issue was reported having trouble upgrading RTC to .992 – long story short, the user had to manually start the service and then push the upgrade again, and on two machines had to completely uninstall and reinstall the agent. Title: Issues Upgrading RTC to .992?

I’m having to start the CU agent on each of the machines to get this working.
Evening Brian. Can you tell me if you just started the agent up and you were on the new version or if you had to start the agent and then perform your upgrade again?
I had to start the service and then push the upgrade again. On 2 I had to uninstall and then push the agent back out. At least 1 was because the msi was used to install.
