In order to have a script take action on a workstation and prompt the active user to reboot, various options were discussed, such as Toast Framework, Msg.exe, and Executables available in Edge DX. Edge DX has a local Executable to send customizable messages without the need of API, which can be used for the task. Updating Specific Agents to Beta Version for Testing: Fixing ‘Send CTRL+ALT+Delete’ Issue on 2.11.1.1598 (GA)?
When using agent version 2.11.1.1598 (GA) with the "Send CTRL+ALT+Delete" button, it does not work. It is not possible to update a couple agents to a beta version via the GUI and manual download/installation is required. Agent Manager must be stopped or uninstalled and only the agent should be upgraded. Can Display Scaling be Used When Remote Controlling PCs?
