During the process of verifying the versions of Control Up Agents deployed within our infrastructure, I encountered few machines that were indicated as having No Version in the report. Upon conducting a manual inspection, I confirmed that the agent is indeed installed on these machines and is actively reporting metrics in both the Real-Time Console and the DEX platform. Nevertheless, the report reflects a status of No Version.
I would like to know the reason behind the report displaying No Version, despite the agent being installed, operational, and successfully reporting metrics.

If you pick one of the machines that show no version. Does it show another instance that does have a version number?
Hi Dennis, No we are not seeing another instance with a version number.
We have CU Agent installed on it and metrics are being reported
