Did you know? (I know Sivan popularized these, but anyone can drop one 😉

Did you know… ControlUp for VDI (formerly Real-Time DX) includes the Remote DX plug-in, which collects local network metrics from endpoints, including personal devices outside the corporate network. Do you use it? 

Wi-Fi signal, ISP latency, packet loss, NIC type/speed, and more — all show up alongside the VDI session in real-time. Pretty powerful!

The screenshot here is from a recent case:

• The user said they were located in Texas, USA. 
• Remote DX indicated they were in France, connected to home Wi-Fi with ~284ms to their gateway. The latency mystery was solved before we even had to ask a question.
