Regarding EDX, a user asked how quickly it polls for software changes and if there is a way to manually initiate it. It was stated that EDX polls once a day and that the script for it can be found at the location: C:\ProgramData\Avacee\sip_agent\scripts, with the data being stored in the "installed apps" script. Another user mentioned that this location was initially hard to find.

How quickly does EDX poll for software changes? Is there a way to have a machine do it on demand?
Once a day. You can import the script and have it write to the same index. I don’t remember the location of the scripts though I think @member might know
i see the data store for it but no script in our list writing to that store yet there is data today. Perhaps it is hidden somehow.
C:\ProgramData\Avacee\sip_agent\scripts
edgedx scripts of agent are stored here]

Jokes aside. That’s the location. Look at the installed apps script. Import it as a new script action. Assign it to write to the existing index and run it as an on demand action.
ack. Thanks to you both.
hehe i think it was him who told months go was a struggle to find until i remembered avacee and not controlup
