A user asked if it was possible to change the time that Monitor alert emails are sent out for. The ControlUp team clarified that a daily backend check is run and suggested contacting the CSM to change the recipients of the emails for certain customers.

Is there a way to change what time the Monitor alert emails come in? Our on-call team relies on their emails for certain alerts and we keep getting an email randomly in the middle of the night from ControlUp that says our monitors might be missing credentials.
this is a backend check that we run for all our customers once a day
if you don’t want these or only to selective people please ping your csm as we can change where they go to for certain customers
