A user had an issue with event triggers on ControlUp not detecting informational events. It was confirmed that informational events are not detected, so the user is unable to get notified of both failure and recovery.

Good Morning.
I have an event trigger question.
I created a few event triggers yesterday, one for each of the events I was looking to be notified for (slack). The test works for each one, however I am only getting the first event and not the other two or three that are also in the event logs.
Should I only have a single trigger with multiple event IDs in the criteria? Or should they just all work?
how do you have the wait configured?

request goes to hooks.slack.com/blah blah

Pretty much duplicated this one (working) with the other three, but the other three do not fire off.
I wonder if it has to do with the fact that the only event in the list that is an error is the one that seems to be working. Does it not detect warning or informational events?
That’s correct. It does not pick up any events that is informational.
Understood. Bummer. Would be great to be notified of failure and recovery. Thanks @member
