Learning how to Set Up Virtual Channel Policy in Citrix for Remote DX

A user had a question about setting up the virtual channel policy in Citrix. They asked whether the version number needed to be added or if it could be left as #. Another user clarified that for Citrix versions before 2206, a # was used and for later versions an asterisk wildcard (*). A link to a solution with more information was provided.

Remote DX question… Setting up the virtual channel policy in Citrix… This is the information we are instructed to add.. CUEPUX,C:\Program Files\Smart-X\ControlUpAgent\Version #.#.#.#\cuAgentHelper.exe. Do i need to add the version or do i leave the # in place?
