A user discussed logging into RTC and not being directed to the web for authentication. It was mentioned that web logins are cached and if the %appdata%\ControlUp\WebLoginToken exists and is valid, then a web login is not necessary. The duration of the token is controlled in DEX. In the demo lab, it is set to 14 days.

Interesting: I just logged in to RTC and didn’t get directed to the web to authenticate.
web logins are cached. You’ll have %appdata%\ControlUp\WebLoginToken. If that exist and is still valid, you won’t need to log in through the web.
