A user asked for recommendations on interval times for running EUC scouts, and whether it is better to use one scout per delivery group. Multiple users responded with suggestions and advice, including the possibility of using staggered intervals to allow time for merging profiles. The issue of session disconnections was also mentioned, and the user confirmed they were using only one account.

Looking for recommendations on interval time to run EUC scouts. I have a 2 scouts configured to the same delivery group. One is from an internal custom hive and the other is from cloud hive. I am using the same user account for the scouts. I have internal running every 5 mins while the cloud is running every 15mins. Every once in awhile, i start getting "Could not get SessionReady from the session." from the Cloud hive. I am guessing at this point that the intervals have started to run closer together during this time period and the logout sequence is not completing when the next job has started. This is just my theory, i have to look at the scout logs and then look on at the Citrix logs to confirm when it happens again. So is anyone running multiple scouts on the same delivery group? Is it better to run one scout per delivery group? Thx
I do every 60 min. I tried 5 but wanted to give fslx time to merge profiles.
Maybe stagger them and run them 30 min apart?
Noticed that the sessions are disconnecting and logging of and working a ticket with support on that.
Are you using multiple accounts?
Only 1 account
