The users were discussing an issue with RemoteDX – not all computers are affected and there is a possibility that ping may be disabled in the environment. Some machines are able to ping while others are not, except for the value given when initially set up to ping the Citrix Cloud Workspace URL.

Is this a known bug with RemoteDX? I don’t get this on every computer.
Hi Paul i not seen this one myself will have to check internal but possible ping is disabled with your environment?
These are remote users mainly. Some machines get a value returned and others do not.
So they don’t really Ping except for the value given at at setup
I set it up to ping our Citrix Cloud Workspace URL
