Does the Bandwidth Limit metric come from the Citrix EDT logic?
A question was asked about the Bandwidth Limit metric from the Citrix EDT logic - this is estimated by sending two packets of known size and measuring the time it takes to transmit them. The metric is measured in Mbps and it should not be lower than 1 or 2 Mbps as Citrix is nimble in its bandwidth consumption. Thanks to @member for clarifying.

After upgrading Citrix VDA to 2203CU2 have noticed the HDX Latency to be erroneous and erratic?
Users reported incorrect HDX Latency and Round Trip Time (RTT) values in Citrix VDA versions 2112 and earlier. The issue can be fixed by disabling the HDX Adaptive Scaling feature in the VDA registry (CVADHELP-19781). Changing the CU setting to current value and disabling Remote DX latency may also help. Error “This app can’t run on your PC” trying to use Remote Assistance on the ControlUp Console
When attempting to use Remote Assistance from the console, a file with no association appears. It is not possible to use the console on Server machines. Enabling the desktop experience feature may help. There is also a scripted action called "Shadow session" to enable it properly, however group policy values and administrator access to the target machine may be required. How to View Citrix RTT in ControlUp Solve and Edge?

Can ControlUp Insights display ICA proxy connections for my NetScaler Gateway?

How to Deploy ControlUp Remote DX on IGEL Devices
A user asked about the best or newest way to deploy/update ControlUp Remote DX on IGEL. The Igel firmware release 11.08.230 includes ControlUp Agent 8.1.5.500 and the user asked how to activate this feature. The user was given advice to move away from Real-Time but add them to Edge DX. As of 11.04 and earlier, the user was advised to use a custom partition. There is a bug that prevents the user from connecting after June last year, though. The user can download the ControlUp Remote DX Agent install script for IGEL devices using OS v11.05.152 and test it on OS v11.07.198.

Troubleshooting Abnormal Alerts from Scoutbees EUC
A user reported above-average alerts from Scoutbees EUC scouts in Frankfurt. It was suggested to set up an extra hive to exclude any issue within the existing one. The ControlUp team could not confirm any change has been made in the VDI environment, and suggested to manually access the tested resources to validate the credentials. Support was contacted to troubleshoot the issue further and the user indicated they will be monitoring the issue in the coming days.

Script for Monitoring Published App and Desktop Session Statistics with ControlUp

Experiencing Poor Performance in Remote DX on VMs?
Users have experienced poor performance when using ControlUp Remote DX on virtual machines, and wondered if others have had similar issues.
