A user reported above-average alerts from Scoutbees EUC scouts in Frankfurt. It was suggested to set up an extra hive to exclude any issue within the existing one. The ControlUp team could not confirm any change has been made in the VDI environment, and suggested to manually access the tested resources to validate the credentials. Support was contacted to troubleshoot the issue further and the user indicated they will be monitoring the issue in the coming days.

Hi, we are getting above average alerts from scoutbees EUC scouts (cloud hive EU) since a few days, even if everything seams working fine and alerts scout and after 2-3 subsequent triggers the recover. Fail reason is cannot connect to the published resource or Cannot download ICA. Any idea why this is happening?
is this always from the same cloud hive or from various ones?
always from the same, Frankfurt
and you also have scouts running from different hives but without issues I assume?
no we are not running different hives
ok, is it possible to temporarily set an extra one up just to exclude that it is within the hive?
did you setup ip whitelists for scoutbees as some changes have been done on the used ip addresses Cloud Locations Used by ControlUp Products – ControlUp Hybrid Cloudyes i saw the message, but we are no blacklisting ips or countrys. i will try with a different hive and see if it’s still hapening
The change went in on Monday.
I have some Frankfurt Cloud hives running without any issues
Hi Simon
Was any change made to the VDI environment? version update? Credential change?
Can you validate that you are able to access the tested resource manually with the same credentials?
