How to Put Citrix CVAD Servers into Maintenance Mode with ControlUp

A user asked for help with putting Citrix CVAD servers into Maintenance mode based on a specific event. Another user suggested using a built-in EUC tool, but since they don't have any Delivery Controllers, it's not possible.
