It is suggested to use URL Access Directly into Monitored Resource and Notification Templates to help. There is no solution yet for Solve, although it should be possible. How to Create Custom Dashboards in ControlUp Edge DX?

Automated Business Applications Versioning Reports in ControlUp

Does ControlUp Insight have FSLogix drive information anywhere?

How often is the “Client CPU” metric is gathered in ControlUp Realtime DX?
Someone asked about the frequency of the "client CPU" metric and whether it is an average. It is updating at 3 seconds, and there could be a bigger interval for seeing it in solve (up to 10 seconds). However, users may be seeing different values in their local task manager, and @member or @member could provide more details on this. It is possible that the stress levels in the configuration are set to average so the values change less often.

ControlUp Agent Status Reports “Error” While Working Perfectly
A user asked about an issue with Instant Clone VMs; potential causes suggested included DNS resolution, firewall blocking, Agent not installed, or Agent not running. To find the exact error message, they need to look at 'Monitor Status' in the Console. It was then mentioned that if these VMs are not connecting to the Monitor, they will cause errors in Solve (missing historical data). Lastly, the user realized that the Agent may not be running.
