A user was having trouble accessing the VDI console and reached out for help. Another member asked for the support ticket number and suggested checking the organization member group settings. Eventually, the issue was resolved by temporarily setting the permission to "Deny" and then back to "Allow". It was noted that this issue had been ongoing for a year in another tenant manager.

Hello, can anyone help me? I have been trying to regain access to the VDI console for several weeks now. Unfortunately, support was not able to resolve the issue either. The Security Policy is in place and the user is assigned correctly, but I still cannot access the VDI web.
Hi Stefan can u share with me in DM the support ticket number
@member can u confirm you have this set at Organization Member Group
please set it here and test.
Finally, it is working again. I tested it by setting the permission to “Deny” and saving it, and then setting it back to “Allow”. Strange, but it works now 🙂
where did you set the deny?
We too have been struggling with this for about a year in our tenant manager.
