Troubleshooting Automated Reports in ControlUp’s Solve

A user asked for help with editing or stopping automated reports in ControlUp’s Solve. Another user suggested checking the Settings – Automated Reports section, and the issue was resolved. However, it was noted that while the description of a report can be edited, the report name itself cannot be changed.

Hi All,

I have configured automated reports for CPU, RAM, and disk usage that are sent as emails every day. However, I have encountered a problem with this setup. I cannot edit or stop the reports once they are configured. I have searched for a solution, but I could not find any. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Hi Thasiharan, can you check Settings – Automated Reports in Solve? This should show all of the automated reports that are configured in your organization:

Thank you so much. I found the reports. Just another question: is it possible to modify the report name instead of machine statistics? I am able to edit the description, but not the report name.

At this time, the Report Name cannot be changed, but the description can be changed.
