Setting up a new dev environment and installed the agent with proper auth key and registration key into a master image. Receiving this error in event viewer after deploying:
Outbound connection was rejected because computer was not found in configuration
- Error type – ComputerNotFoundException : Exception of type ‘paServer.Communication.Abstractions.Exceptions.ComputerNotFoundException’ was thrown.
Was there something we did wrong in the installation or could this point to a network issue?
is the machine already added to the console? The registration is just to register it for outbound traffic not to add it the console

I do see the machines via the console through EUC environment sync, however they are being detected as agent not installed.

this looks like api bases data, o you really se eit in the left in the tree? If so can you compare the machine name with the name of the vm itself/ also feel free to open a ticket so support can help you that’s usually the fastest

was the agent previous installed in your prod envirnoment? Might still have the registry keys link it to thatenviroment
that would have given different errors when registering for outbound
