A user reported seeing a resource leak in both the cuagent and sipagent of three machines. The screenshot shows one machine with a 17-day uptime and a sustained 25% CPU for the sip agent. The user asked if there were any known resource leak issues in the 9.0.5.423 and 2.15 agents. Another user responded, saying they were not aware of any issues with 2.15 for Desktops and asked if the machines were Windows desktop OS and single user machines. They also suggested checking for AV exclusions, providing a link to documentation for setting them up. The original user confirmed that the machines were single user persistent VDI and said they would check the AV exclusions. I have seen 3 machines that appear to have experienced a weird resource leak in both the cuagent and sipagent.
This screenshot is one machine with a 17 day uptime. The sip agent had a sustained 25% CPU when I found it. I can’t find a local\environment event around 4/22 that could help explain the change. Are there any known resource leak issues in the 9.0.5.423 and/or 2.15 agents?
I’m not aware of any issues with 2.15 for Desktops. Are these windows desktop OS? Single user machines?
do u have all the AVexclusions in place
or for any other application on the devices that may need the exclusions as well

Single user persistent VDI
I know we HAD them, but you did just make me wonder if they’re still in place. These are new W11 machines, I don’t know if my previous GPO based exceptions followed into Intune. I’ll confirm that thank you for the nudge!
