A user inquired about the frequency of alerts for when the monitor stops uploading. Another user provided information on Monitor Alerts and confirmed that 3 alerts are sent for no upload activity and then stop. The org name was requested in order to check the alerts on the back-end. I see there is an alert for when the monitor stops uploading. Can anyone share how often and for how long that alert gets sent?
We had a datacenter outage on Friday and I am told our Orgs only received 1 alert. They assumed it was due to our outage and that the uploads would resume automatically. In reality, the uploads did not resume until the service was restarted but without repeated alerts, it got over looked.

I think we send the "ControlUp Monitor Alert – no upload activity" for 3 consecutive hours (so 3 alerts overall), and then stop alerting on this issue
you can share the org name with me, so I can check how alerts behaved on our back-end in this case
