When using agent version 2.11.1.1598 (GA) with the "Send CTRL+ALT+Delete" button, it does not work. It is not possible to update a couple agents to a beta version via the GUI and manual download/installation is required. Agent Manager must be stopped or uninstalled and only the agent should be upgraded. Version 2.12 will solve the issue and the estimated date for it being out of beta is unknown. https://controlupcommunity.slack.com/archives/C0468TJNRN1/p1681824633585269
Read the entire ‘Agent Version 2.11 Issues with "Send CTRL+ALT+Delete"’ thread below:
We have discovered that when trying to remote control a device running agent version 2.11.1.1598 (GA), the “Send CTRL+ALT+Delete” button does not seem to work. Most of our agents are running this version. I do not want to force our entire environment to a beta version in order to test. I want to update a couple agents to a beta version to test. Is this possible to be done via the gui, or would I need to manually download/install
Not with 2.11. You’d have to be on 2.12 to target different versions to different device groups/tags.
Easiest would be to on the machines you want to test with:
• Stop or uninstall the agent manager
• Upgrade the agent manually. ONLY the agent. Do NOT install the agent manager
The agent manager will downgrade the agent if its started and retrieves the desired version from the tenant
Man, it really just seems like 2.12 solves all my issues with ControlUp. When do we estimate it will be out of beta?

Welp, looks like I need to fix our update policy
Thank you!
