Is Enrich still tied to Edge DX licensing? Would really like to use Enrich 2.0 with our Jira instance to show our machines’ information for our helpdesk as they’re viewing tickets, but we’re VDI and DaaS.
To my knowledge it hasn’t changed. I would reach out to your AE and see what they can do to help.
