I’d love to start a thread here and have people share their sentiment survey templates they’re building.
There’s a lot of potential for creativity and I wanted to see how people are using it
I haven’t done anything too special in it yet. We’re in the process of migrating a significant userbase from VDIs to physical endpoints and I’ve been using some "on demand" surveys to see how we can improve.
Example:
NPS: 1-5, how would you rate the migration experience?
NPS: 1-5, how would you rate the experience overall compared to the VDI solution?
Q: Do you have any specific feedback you’d like to share on what we can do to improve, or things you feel we’ve done right?
• If yes, prompt for details in free form text box
• If no, end survey.
Quick and easy way to gather business user feedback and provide actionable data to our business leaders/IT management. Much better having it built in with ControlUp’s interface than having to do MS Forms… haha 😄
