Good Afternoon CUP Team, Got a workflow related delimma. I have a customer we are doing a deployment for and currently Getting all their Workflow integrations done. Regarding Teams integrations, is it preferred to use Webhooks? Or an Actual API Integration integration? I ask because one of the issues I have found is when the customer does the integration it is using the signed in account to create the API link and Teams is barking because the user is not licensed to send Teams Messages? I figured the easiest way around it would be leveraging a Webhook. What are your thoughts?
Webhook would be fine is the standard nodes don’t cover your needs. You might need to manually configure a bit more. But if it works for your use case then that seems fine to me
