Hi All, Is it possible to use display scaling when remote controlling a PC. Regards Simon
If you are talking about using a different scaling in the remote console than on the endpoint device, than no. but this feature has been asked before and is on the road map. That said with the new 2.12 agent will display a single monitor on devices with multi-monitor display rather than using the zoom function that we had before.
ok Thanks Tom
Here is a screen capture of the new feature where you can select the monitor to display. The device has two of the same monitors.
