I would like to ask if i can chat to someone regarding missing patches

what’s the question? or issue?

I want to understand how is it running the report if a patch is missing and how it get the info

Our windows team is saying it installed 2023-09 according to them that update should the 2023-08 update in it "Each cumulative update includes the changes and fixes from all previous updates." should that not remove the 2023-08 update from the missing patches list ?
