Just out of curiosity, I know ControlUp can monitor UC environments like Zoom and Teams, is there anyway to integrate other UC applications as well. I.E. Ring Central? It still rides on the websocket optimization that Teams does, but we’re curious if it’s something we can manually build into the UC dashboard or if ControlUp has any plans to integrate platforms OTHER than Zoom or Teams?
As far as I’m aware, those integrations are pretty much platform specific. I don’t think there is a unified/standardized way to capture UC platform performance data.
I do believe there are plans to add additional platforms. @member or @member might be able to comment on that
