A user asked for help solving an issue with duplicate servers in the DX Console. Other users suggested checking if the servers were from different sites, as consoles do not merge data from different sites by default. Another solution is to enable multi-site association, which may increase network traffic between sites. Matching sites between extensions and agents may also help. The feature can be found at https://support.controlup.com/docs/multi-site-association-feature. The issue may have been caused by API monitors in a different site. Out of hours is recommended for turning on the feature.

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has ever come across this in Solve? I have multiple servers like this but they are only listed in the DX Console once? Any idea’s how to remove the duplicates?

Do you have multiple sites? One of those is probably from an extension (hypervisor or EUC environment). The other is agent data.
If the extension and the agent are in different sites, the monitors (and therefor the web interfaces) won’t merge the data together. As the monitors are supposed to keep communication mostly inside the same site. Consoles don’t care about sites (for purposes of merging data)
You can enable multi-site association to allow data to be merged across sites. Do note that this will increase network traffic between sites.

Ah yes thank you, we have some API monitors in a different site which could explain this behaviour. I’ll look into turning this on out of hours.
The other thing you can consider is to match sites between extensions and agents.
However sometimes that isn’t possible as an extension might cover agents in multiple sites
