Troubleshooting FSLogix Data Collection in ControlUp

Posted on October 31, 2024

Some users reported issues with FSLogix data collection in ControlUp. One user is experiencing a discrepancy between the number of connected users detected and the actual number of sessions. Another user upgraded to version 9.0.5 and is not seeing any FSLogix disks in ControlUp or the Realtime DX or App.Controlup.com. However, another user has not had any issues with FSLogix reporting on version 9.05.

Hello has anyone had any issues with FSLogix data collection? For the most part ours seems to have stopped. We are on 9.0.5 and oddly the real time console is able to detect about 30 users connected with FSLogix, however we definitely have more than 30 connected sessions. I have upgraded a customer to v9.05 and there is no FSLogix disks showing in ControlUP, Realtime DX or in App.Controlup.com. Approx 800 VDI with FSLogix Office containers, but zero showing in ControlUP. Was the same in version 9.0 before the upgrade.

Update from my side – FSLogix reporting (RT DX + DEX) is working fine for agents on version 9.05. Expect all the other v9 agents will be ok when upgraded
