A user asked about viewing incidents in ControlUp, and was informed that they can be viewed in the real time console or the VDI audit log. The user was specifically looking for triggers and was informed that only triggers with follow-up actions will show in the audit log.

Is there a way to view INCIDENTS in ControlUp One or can you only view those in the real time console?
for now only the console
actually u might be able to se what u want in audit logs (VDI and DaaS logs)
depends on what u looking to see
looking to see what triggers fired and when
You can definitely see that in the VDI audit log.

Only if they have a follow up action. A simple trigger with an email will not show in the audit log
