A team member reported an error in their VDI environment, with 600 VDIs affected. One solution is to use the Controllers pane to copy the reg key to the other VDIs, but this only works if they are persistent – alternatively, one can open the golden image or set a group policy to correct the key. Opening a support ticket is also recommended if the issue persists.

Hi team, today i open my console, and receive this errors from my vdi’s. The VDI’s restart on the weekend. I don’t understand why this error happened on my environment. I Have 600 vdi deployed with this error. I trying to re-enter the authentication key on regedit on one vdi and he work again. But, i have others 599 vdi to fix this. Anyone receive this error?

You can use the Controllers pane and copy that reg key to the other VDIs. This works best if they are persistent. If not then I recommend opening up the golden image make the change and push it out.
either open the golden image or set a group policy that sets the correct key. You do need to find though if they key was removed or a different auth key set because this shouldn’t happen. If you can’t find it please open a support ticket
