A user asked if it was possible to deploy Real-Time Diagnostics in an on-premise environment, which is possible with a fully on-premise solution. HP thin clients can be added to Edge DX, which is cloud-only and can get remote DX data from them but not the devices themselves.

hello, I have question (maybe stupid 🙂 ) but its option to deploy real time dx in my on perm env? My client is a financial institution and we need data on our env.
we have a fully on-prem solution for that. We also have several financial institutes running our hybrid cloud solution though and that includes some of the biggest ones.
great 🙂 we have hp thin clients and we want monitor devices, I made tests on cloud and works nice 🙂
HP thin clients can’t be added to Reat-Time but are addable to edge dx and that’s cloud only. We could get the remote dx data from them but not the devices themselves
