The Device Score Beta on the dashboard shows a different score than the device view, possibly due to different time intervals. The drill down dynamically determines the interval while the dashboard is based on the latest 1 minute interval data point. It was suggested that the issue may be due to different raw data points in a single time window and the drill down not taking logon duration into consideration. The PM for this feature is aware of the issue.

Finding Versions of an Application to Identify Machines Without it Installed
A user asked if there was a way to generate a CSV export with all versions of an application to identify machines that do not have it installed. It was suggested to use the export option in the ribbon, check the processes list in the controllers and custom filter in the solve details. It was confirmed that custom filter in the solve details would let the user filter each time, which was concluded to be ok.

Gather Drive Type Information with ControlUp Edge DX

Grouping Enhancements Requested for ControlUp MSPs
An MSP suggested having enhanced grouping and separation for roles to help with organization. DEX (app.controlup.com) offers role based access controls with device groups. There is currently the ability to group in the main dashboard and command line install. The requested feature is for a single view to show customer devices separated by groups with headings, separators, or a tree structure like the VDI view.
