A user asked about updating ControlUp agents in a Citrix environment. The user had previously installed manually but encountered an error when updating to 8.8. Updating Specific Agents to Beta Version for Testing: Fixing ‘Send CTRL+ALT+Delete’ Issue on 2.11.1.1598 (GA)?

When using agent version 2.11.1.1598 (GA) with the "Send CTRL+ALT+Delete" button, it does not work. It is not possible to update a couple agents to a beta version via the GUI and manual download/installation is required. Agent Manager must be stopped or uninstalled and only the agent should be upgraded. Community Benchmarks Implementation and Overall User Experience Score in Insights?

How to fix messed up one of the data indexes, now opens to grey screen with no records

To solve the issue of a grey screen when trying to access a custom data index, it is suggested to delete the whole index and build a new Object with all separate items. The object should include `'NIC Name'` and `'ipconfig interfacealias='` properties, and have to work around `IPv4Address` and `DNSServer` which are arrays. Deleting the index will allow the agent to send data again, and regenerate the index.
