No data for a device/user on UC&C Dashboard for Teams

The user had a question about not being able to view data for a device/user on the UC&C Dashboards for Teams. The dashboard takes data from 2 sources – the Teams API and an agent for real-time insights. Microsoft Graph API is the data for the Teams management dashboards and agent data is linked by participant/session ID. If the data is missing, delayed, or timestamped incorrectly, it’s a Microsoft issue. Screenshots were provided for clarification.

Hi All,

Hope we are all well. Was just checking what could be the reason that we are not picking up any data for a device/user on UC&C Dashboard for Teams and the agent is installed?

We are able to see other devices but a few is not showing any Data on the UC&C dashboard, or we not able to find the device or user.


Hey Rochell, which dashboard specifically? Can you share a screenshot?

Our UCC monitoring takes data from 2 places: the Teams API for the main dashboard data. Once you start drilling down, that’s where we start bringing in data from our agent for real-time insights (see screenshots for clarification)

The Live callers data is all from the agent as well.

If you could clarify what you are looking it, we might be able to assist better


From the first screenshot that you shared is where I looked to search for the user who was having issues on Tuesday, and we could not see any data for that user, and today we have data for Tuesday but not the time of the issue, user had an issue at 4:30pm and wanted to confirm if we are able to see what caused the issue on his call.


So all that data is coming from the Microsoft Graph API untouched. If the data is missing or delayed, or the data is timestamped incorrectly, that’s not something we can address. That would be a Microsoft issue. It is the same data that the Teams management dashboards use. We link the API information with our agent data based on the participant/session ID I think, but if we don’t have that, we can’t provide you with the real-time data we collect
