The user was unable to use ControlUp Real Time DX/Solve to view remote users connecting through UAGs. After resolving an issue to get the Universal EUC Sync Script working, this user is now looking for a way to view historical data of specific UAGs connections. Currently, the data is only available in real-time and historical data can be made by using the Export-CUQuery in PowerShell, exporting the relevant fields and sending it to PowerBI, Splunk, or Tableau to build a report. Checking Citrix Tag Assignment in ControlUp
A user asked about checking if a machine had a specific Citrix tag assigned, to which it was replied that currently ControlUp does not have Citrix tags as a metric, but version 8.8MR (in beta) has a way of adding ControlUp tags to grids through a script that pulls the Tag and writes it to the machine's registry. Does ControlUp Use WMI APIs?

Monitoring Trigger Not Working for Information Events

Error “You are not authorized to log into ControlUp Contact your ControlUp admin” in Muti-Tennant ControlUp deployment
A user was receiving an error when trying to launch ControlUp Multi-Tenant for the management tenant in the tenant domain. It was suggested that whoever set up that tenant organization did not give the user's account the necessary access to open the console. The user then revealed they used the console with a different organization before and got it working.

How often is the “Client CPU” metric is gathered in ControlUp Realtime DX?
Someone asked about the frequency of the "client CPU" metric and whether it is an average. It is updating at 3 seconds, and there could be a bigger interval for seeing it in solve (up to 10 seconds). However, users may be seeing different values in their local task manager, and @member or @member could provide more details on this. It is possible that the stress levels in the configuration are set to average so the values change less often.

Setting Up an Azure Integration with ControlUp
A user asked about setting up an Azure integration and using the same app/service principal for Azure SAML auth. It was suggested to keep an eye on Rate Limits and use multiple SPN's to split requests and maintain uninterrupted service.
