A user asked about creating triggers for low disk space and wondered if using the folder EUC or the builtin Sync folder was better. Another user suggested using the location of the agent or filter criteria instead. Finally, an offer for help with reviewing the trigger is given.

when creating triggers (low disk space) is it better to use the folder EUC or the builtin Sync folder?
Either should be okay. But I’d personally pick the location where the agent is located
Alternatively, you can use the actual filter criteria to filter on desktop pool
one disk trigger is pointed at EUC Environment and it seems to work. On disk trigger is pointed at the Sync folder and doesn’t seem to work.
It may be a problem with the trigger.
what do you mean "where the agent is located" EUC is a mix of persistent and Instant clone VDI desktops.
COCC-prod\iWorkstation Desktops\Cluster-6001-VIEW01… is where the agent is located.
COCC-prod\EUC Environments\Cloud Pod\Cluster-6001-VIEW01… is where the horizon data is located.
Is what I mean by "where the agent is located"
