A user asked about plans to replace the Solve tab in the Console with a Dex tab, since Solve is no longer available. Another user mentioned that there is already a Dex button but it will not function as a SSO. The console will require users to log into Dex first in its next version. The HybridCloud RealtimeDX v9 also has a DEX button and Solve/IOP tab, and it is recommended to set up SAML for SSO. A link to ControlUp’s support page on SAML SSO for Dex was provided.

Morning guys. With Solve gone for a long snooze will there be plans to replace the Solve tab in the Console with a Dex tab? My boss likes to launch from the console for some reason and has asked
i believe that is in the next version,
there is already a dex button but it will never be a sso from the console. In fact in the next version the console will require you to logon to dex first.
ohh 🙂 i like that will help to move people to the web portal that still love the old console but in a nice way

In HybridCloud RealtimeDX v9 is a DEX Button AND a Solve/IOP Tab to launch Solve.
