A user asked about the status of CUP’s support for Unicon/Elux agent deployment and various members provided information. It was suggested to contact a CSM or open a support ticket for an official answer. It was also mentioned that the CU4VDI plugin for Citrix on eLux platform has been released, but there may be technical challenges for future deployment. A team member is evaluating it as a roadmap candidate but it will not be available in the next release.

Does anyone have any insight into If CUP is looking into Unicon/Elux Agent Deployment?
they where active here before they got acquired and working on deployment themselves. I believe they (aka citrix) entirely pulled the plug on that but not sure about the state. Now I am not into the cu4d status updates all the time so please ping your csm or open a support ticket for this for an official answers as this is just me answering in my own time
maybe @member and @member can shed some light on this one?
(e.g. CU4D support for Unicon/Elux. although we have little luck with these highly secured / closed Linux thin clients)
@member we have released the CU4VDI plugin for Citrix on the eLux platform.
I know that there has been conversations in the past and we are looking into it again, but there could be both technical challenges (although if enough customers ask Citrix they will likely collaborate) and it’s too early to really give any timelines for it. But I have @member in my team looking at it as a roadmap candidate
I am evaluating it, but it looks like the required changes are significant, so it will definitely not be available in the next release.
