A new user asked about automating the killing of 100 to 150 disconnected sessions, and was advised to use Script-Based Actions. It was recommended to join the free Administrator course offered by ControlUp to learn more, as well as rechecking out the self-paced recording video piece on the triggers. Additional help in creating a trigger was offered.

Hey all, every day I have to manually kill 100 to 150 disconnected sessions. is there any way to Automate this process?
For sure, what are the conditions you use to look for these disconnected sessions?
There’s an sba to log users off, if you run Horizon there’s also a sba that uses the hzn apis for a forced logoff
You could trigger either on disconnected for > xx hours
sorry im new to controlup, what you mean by sba ?

@member already joined your classes, were great. just bit lazy and forgot this part :p
I totally get it! If you go into the self-paced recording video there is a video piece on the triggers. I highly recommend rechecking it out. You don’t need to rewatch the whole thing!
Perfect. thanks for the quick response!
