A team member was looking for help with bypassing a step verification for a client’s request. Suggestions included using Security Pen Testing or signing in through SAML with the necessary attributes passed by an IDP. After experimentation, removing the "Sign-in to VDI with LDAP" option was found to work. Others who have issues can add their ControlUp email accounts in the VDI console to access this section through SSO.

Hello Team! Good morning! I need help. My client asked me to find a way to "bypass" this step verification. Has anyone managed to do this?
Security pen testing ? or they don’t want to sign in with UPN … ?
If you sign in with SAML and your IDP passes the required attributes this step will automatically be bypassed
They don’t want to log in, they just want to open "VDI & DaaS" and have visibility of the environment.
I removed the option "Sign-in to VDI with LDAP" and works for me. Thank’s team.
Glad to hear this. If others run into an issue, you can add their controlup email accounts in the VDI console to access this section via SSO.
