How to Remove the BDM Partition from ControlUp Stress Level

A user asked how to remove the BDM partition from the min free-space drive calculation in ControlUp for Citrix PVS workers. The suggested solution was to add the drive letter to the ‘Drives’ value in the ExclusionRules on the endpoint before sealing the image. Neither the colon nor the backslash needs to be included.

Hi guys,

We’ve been using ControlUp for a month just for Citrix Case.

The Citrix PVS workers have a small BDM partion and ControlUp finds that drive BDM is full.

How to remove BDM partition from stress level?

Add the drive letter to the Drives value in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Smart-X\ControlUp\Agent\ExclusionRules on the endpoint before sealing your image.

It will remove it from the Min Free Space Drive calculation.
