The user wanted to track idle time in user reports, but couldn’t find the column in the default view. It is available in the User Activity historical report. Wouter and Joel advised to access this data from Insights or the Solve button, but the column has not been ported over due to inaccuracy. The user eventually found it.

Hi, can I somehow see (in the user reports) how long the session was idle?
i.e.
logon time: 06:00
logout time: 17:00
total idle time: 1:25 hrs
I think it’s not a column shown by default but you can see it in the User Activity historical report
There should be columns for active, idle and disconnected for each session Hi @member,
thanks for your answer, but I can’t see this. Can you send me screenshot where to find it?Will do when I have access
so it’s part of the session activity in Insights but not in solve, hmmz

odd
yup, I took it to our internal slack support channel
So Gerald, for now you will have to access that data from insights.controlup.com or by clicking the button inside the console to get SSO into Insights. We’ll report back on the missing columns in Solve
thanks Wouter and Joel. Found it 🙂
I inquired about that column being missing in solve and told it was not ported over as it was found to be inaccurate.
