Anyone else having issues with Remote Control ?
Once you click on remote control it will open a new window but i will only say connecting to desktop even if the users on the other side has clicked Allow

Is this behavior consistent and happening each time you try to initiate a remote session??
Are there any errors within Device Events/devic event viewer related to the issue?
Is there any errors /websocket errors if we check the network via a browser debug trace that might give us an indication as to what is causing this?
Are you free for a quick call to take a look?
Hi, there is no errors in the Device Events, it shows that the remote session has started while the connecting page that Eugene shared is on the support users screen.
