A user asked about getting Frames Per Second metrics from Citrix sessions in ControlUp. It was suggested that the user posts a User Voice item with the details of the request. After the user shared their connection to Citrix engineering, new metric data will be integrated into ControlUp version 9.1.

I’m looking at some metrics that show up in Solve, but I am not sure how to get these metrics from my user sessions/machines. I think its a protocol thing, ie: VMWare, Citrix, but I am hoping someone has more info. I am looking at getting the Frames Per Second of a user session. I am using Citrix right now. Is there an equivalent metric that ControlUp exposes in the UI? Thanks in advance
That column is for VMware Blast only.
ok thats kinda what I figured
and you are not aware of a metric similar to this for CVAD?
I looked and didn’t see anything.
ok understood. thanks
ok I actually found something with the help of a citrix guy
is there a way to integrate these metrics into solve?

they added these metrics in 2308 vda
Unfortunately you can’t add metrics. I would suggest posting a User Voice item with these details to get a feature request raised. @member ☝️
yeah will do thanks!
but these are the kinds of metrics that could be added to the system right?
I would imagine they would be session metrics. And that didn’t take you long, lol.
haha. I see someone else requested this so I just voted on it
and added some context
I have a great connection at Citrix engineering for this stuff
Good thing to have in your back pocket.
I added notes to this one that was requested previously. let me know if there is anything else I should add
Nah, your good.
ok sweet
