A user asked if anyone has set ups alerts for devices that haven’t checked into Solve ControlUp for a certain period of time. They were originally asking for the green section under Devices, but this was clarified to be for the blue section. An example script was shared to access the data, and the user thanked the contributor for the help.

Wanted to reach out too see if anyone has set up and Alert for Devices what have not checked into Solve Control Up for a certain amount of day’s/time. We want to be informed if the Users Device hasn’t communicated with Solve to start troubleshooting if needed. Any help would be appreciated. Thx
Is this about the green or the blue section?
Blue Section
So sorry!!! Green section. Under Devices.
Alerts are currently (pending rework) static values. IE you’d have to set an alert with a static date in it.
Having said that, you can use a script to get the data.
For example the devices that were last online over 24 hours ago in our demo environment
Get your own API key and insert it on line 1
Put your tenant in line 7
Line 22 controls how long ago devices can have been online
In my example 24 hours ago
Thx for this info. I appreciate the help!!!
