Users discussed the possibility of setting up triggers for specific percentages of high latency sessions. While this functionality is not available out of the box, it can be achieved using script actions. These types of triggers are referred to as "super triggers" within ControlUp. For more information, users were advised to DM a member for further assistance.

I have a feeling I know the answer to this but I’ll ask anyway, is there a way I can setup a trigger for when a % of sessions trigger something?
For example, I can setup a trigger to alert me if a VDI user has high average latency. But 1 user having high latency is fine, can we have a way to alert if 20% of users have high latency for example?
We’ve implemented this using script actions. But out of the box triggers do not support this.
Internally we call these super triggers. If you’re okay with a scripted solution, feel free to DM me and we can figure steps forward
Is there any documentation around super triggers? I’m interested in this as well
