Improving Performance from ControlUp Real-Time Client
A user asked advice on how to help with the real-time client not using a minimum of 1.4 GB RAM, due to the in-ram database the monitors use. It was suggested to connect to the hypervisor and EUC sites only and drill into the machines to connect to the agent. Solve and the web portal are the paths forward, with the ability to open different views in different browser tabs or on multiple screens, as well as stream Session Activity Reports in Solve.
